About Tenney Brook Village

TBV1 is comprised of 6 buildings designated with letters A thru F, with 6 condominium units of varying sizes in each building. Our Association also owns approximately 40 acres of common property and the Tenney Brook Road. The condominiums were built in 1987.

Our association is independent of another condo associations, Tenney Village Condo Assoc, and of the Tenney Mountain Resort.

Trash/Dumpster

Summary

Dumpsters will be eliminated March 1, 2026. TBV1 is eliminating their dumpster relationship with the TVCA HOA which currently manages the dumpster contract as of March 1, 2026. The TBV1 Board feels that it is in the best interest of our community to manage our dumpster policy directly.  Post an approximately 2month transition period and also allow time for the snow to melt, the TBV1 Board will explore various TBV1 dumpster locations and costs to properly secure dumpsters and discourage disposal misuse. Note it is not definite that TBV1 will have access to dumpsters in the future. To address contract cancellation terms, the TVCA HOA recently committed to a "Seasonal Hold" which eliminates dumpsters from March -August. In September, dumpsters will return for TVCA owner use only.  TVCA still plans to eliminate dumpsters completely in 2027. 

Please make sure all renters are aware of this change. Also to prevent animal intrusions, please do not temporarily store trash in outside areas.   We apologize in advance as we know this will create an inconvenience for some owners.

Owners (or their guests/cleaning service) should take trash to the Town of Plymouth

Transfer and Recycling Center

• Closed: Wednesday, Thursday, and holidays

The facility offers:

• Regular household trash disposal

• Recycling for those who wish to recycle

• Acceptance of large items (furniture, appliances, etc.) for modest fees

To obtain a sticker for your vehicle, please visit the recycling center during regular business hours with proof of residency. There is no charge for the stickers.

NH Broadband

NH Broadband is now available to all TBV1 owners as an alternative for internet broadband provider. This is handled through Conexon, the agent assigned by NH Broadband.

All external engineering and procedures had been done to ensure proper entry to your unit. Where and how your unit is internally wired is determined by you, the owner. But routing if external wiring has been worked out to ensure it is hidden and done in an orderly, consistent, and proper way as this passes through common areas.
