Wood Burning Fireplace Inspections
Completed, Gas inspections to come at a later date.
Septic Tanks
Over the past two years, we've been able to stagger septic tank cleaning, thus spreading the costs evenly across every budget year, instead of taking a budget hit every other year. On November 25th, Buildings B, D and F are scheduled to be pumped. Next Fiscal Year, Buildings A, C, and E will be pumped.
Outside Maintenance
Our maintenance contractor, Done Right, has been working on outside projects and is presently on the E building moving to the F building soon.
NH Broadband
NH Broadband is now available to all TBV1 owners as an alternative for internet broadband provider. This is handled through Conexon, the agent assigned by NH Broadband.
To request install/service, please contact Howard Deuso at 603-805-4830.
Documents and instructions are also in the "Members" area.
All external engineering and procedures had been done to ensure proper entry to your unit. Where and how your unit is internally wired is determined by you, the owner. But routing if external wiring has been worked out to ensure it is hidden and done in an orderly, consistent, and proper way as this passes through common areas.
.
The Board would like to extend our gratitude to all Owners for staying current with dues.
Sincerely,
TBV1 Board
