TBV1 is comprised of 6 buildings designated with letters A thru F, with 6 condominium units of varying sizes in each building. Our Association also owns approximately 40 acres of common property and the Tenney Brook Road. The condominiums were built in 1987.
Our association is independent of another condo associations, Tenney Village Condo Assoc, and of the Tenney Mountain Resort.

Wood Burning Fireplace Inspections
Weather pending, Inspections are planned for 8/18/25. Plan is to start at A Building and work way down hill. Focus is working, wood burning Fireplaces. Gas inspections to come at a later date.
New Propane Tank Installation, F and E Building
On September 4th, Dead River will be accessing your unit to assure your propane gas supply is working correctly.
Dead River is installing a new propane tank between the F and E building. The current tank services both buildings, and Dead River, at their cost, needs to install a separate tank for the F building. This entails shutting off all propane to both buildings during this installation. Thus after the installation, they ned to inspect each unit inside to ensure your propane service is working properly.
Building Staining/Painting
Over the summer, one of our residents volunteered to stain the lower portions of the F, E, D and part of the C building. Some residents are also staining the lower portions of the B Building. Additional, we have hired Chris & Chris Painters to stain the lower parts of the C and A building (there were no volunteers to do that part) and the the higher parts of the buildings over the next month or so.
Paving and Sealing
The Board is working with Mountain to repair/re-pave the cut sections at the top of the road and across the A Building Parking lot. We have also received a quote to crack seal the parking lot platforms and Road, to maintain and preserve.
Septic Tanks
Over the past two years, we've been able to stagger septic tank cleaning, thus spreading the costs evenly across every budget year, instead of taking a budget hit every other year. This year, late fall, Buildings B, D and F are scheduled to be emptied. Next Fiscal Year, Buildings A, C, and E will be emptied.
Tree Removal
Vendor has been selected to remove the dead tree between the F and E building. Removal should be completed in the next few weeks.h
Outside Maintenance
Our maintenance contractor, Done Right, should be back on-site doing small outdoor repairs mid to late August.
Snow Removal
