About Tenney Brook Village

TBV1 is comprised of 6 buildings designated with letters A thru F, with 6 condominium units of varying sizes in each building. Our Association also owns approximately 40 acres of common property and the Tenney Brook Road. The condominiums were built in 1987.

Our association is independent of another condo associations, Tenney Village Condo Assoc, and of the Tenney Mountain Resort.

Annual Meeting
2024 Annual Meeting was held December 7th in the Lodge at Tenney Mountain.
20 Owners attended the meeting
